Recalling Firm: Specialty Cheese Co. Inc., Lowell, WI, by letters dated October 30, 2001.
Manufacturer: Specialty Cheese Co. Inc., Reeseville, WI.
Firm initiated recall is complete.

REASON
The recalled lot contained more than 110,000 E. coli organisms per gram and a sample of one of the lots contained 2000 Enterotoxigenic E. Coli per gram.
