Bar Code #801062 143795. All codes on the market at the time of the recall initiation including "2002.03.21C.J" (on side panel).

Recalling Firm: Seoul Shik Poom, Inc., Flushing, NY, by telephone on December 1, 2001 and by letter and press release on December 5, 2001.
