RECALLING FIRM/MANUFACTURER
Hi-Tech Pharmacal Co., Inc., Amityville, NY, by telephone and letter beginning March 7, 2002. Firm initiated recall is ongoing.

REASON
The product is contaminated with yeast, & complaints of swollen containers were received.
