RECALLING FIRM/MANUFACTURER
Abbott Laboratories HPD/ADD, Abbott Park, IL, by letters on June 23, 2003. Firm initiated recall is ongoing.

REASON
Mislabeled; incorrect bar code on overwrap of the product.
