Smoked salmon in vacuum packed package labeled "Pacific Seafood Northwest Style Smoked Salmon." Product is of various weight packages, approximate 1/2 lb. packages to 1 lb. packages. Recall # F-425-3.

033121 073103 on orange sticker.

RECALLING FIRM/MANUFACTURER
Pacific Seafood Co., Inc., Clackamas, OR, by press release, telephone and letter on June 5, 2003. FDA initiated recall is complete.

REASON
Product is contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
