Price Chopper Has Recalled its bakery 4-pack Carrot Muffins

(SafetyAlerts) - Price Chopper has recalled its bakery 4-pack Carrot Muffins packaged at the Niskayuna, NY store due to undeclared hazelnuts. Due to a printing glitch, hazelnuts are only identified as "ha" on the label. This recall affects all 4-pack Carrot Muffins dated prior to May 3, 2003.

Customers who have purchased the muffins from the Niskayuna store may return them for a full refund.
