RECALLING FIRM/MANUFACTURER
Bristol Myers Squibb Company, Evansville, IN, by press release, letter, and telephone beginning on January 9, 2003. FDA initiated recall is complete.

REASON
Enterobacter sakazakii contamination.

VOLUME OF PRODUCT IN COMMERCE
505 cases.

DISTRIBUTION
