b) Lot 4786:27B.

RECALLING FIRM/MANUFACTURER
Lee Pharmacy, Inc., Fort Smith, AR, by telephone on December 20, 2002. Firm initiated recall is ongoing.

REASON
Subpotent; betamethasone acetate.

VOLUME OF PRODUCT IN COMMERCE
722 vials.
