RECALLING FIRM/MANUFACTURER
Pexco, Inc., Maspeth, NY, by letter and Allergen Alert on April 17, 2002. State initiated recall is complete.

REASON
The product contained undeclared sulfites.

VOLUME OF PRODUCT IN COMMERCE
120 units.

DISTRIBUTION
