Lot number 24667, Expiration date 04/04; packaged as the following sub-
lots 1 oz. bottles - sublot 24667A 2 oz. bottles - sublots 24667C and
24667E.

RECALLING FIRM/MANUFACTURER
Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Morton Grove, IL, by letters dated
January 17, 2003. Firm initiated recall ongoing.

REASON
Superpotency Clindamycin phosphate.

VOLUME OF PRODUCT IN COMMERCE
7,734 - 1 oz. Bottles and 6,315 - 2 oz. Bottles.

DISTRIBUTION
