Firm initiated recall is complete.
REASON
Mislabeled; label incorrectly printed with Scheduled Drug Classification as
CIV instead of correctly as CIII.
VOLUME OF PRODUCT IN COMMERCE
1079 bottles (100 tablets per bottle).
