RECALLING FIRM/MANUFACTURER
Recalling Firm: De Choix Specialty Foods Company, Woodside, NY, by press
release and letter issued on June 20, 2002.
Manufacturer: Societe Fromagere de Tauves 63690 Tauves. FDA initiated
recall is complete.

REASON
The product was contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

VOLUME OF PRODUCT IN COMMERCE
59 wheels of cheese were distributed.

DISTRIBUTION
