Niki's Food Has Recalled Niki's brand dressings

(SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released the following information.

PRODUCT
Niki's brand dressings, as follows:
a) Greek salad dressing in 16 fl. oz. and 1 gallon containers.
Recall # F-780-2;
b) Feta Cheese Dressing in 16 fl. oz. containers.
Recall # F-781-2;
c) Garlic Ranch Dressing in 16 fl. oz. containers.
Recall # F-782-2;
d) Submarine Dressing in 22 fl. oz. plastic bottles.
Recall # F-783-2.

CODE
All lots not labeled as containing egg.

RECALLING FIRM/MANUFACTURER
Niki's Food Co., Inc., Detroit, MI, by press release on July 26, 2002.
State initiated recall is ongoing.

REASON
The products contained undeclared egg yolks.

VOLUME OF PRODUCT IN COMMERCE
500 cases.

DISTRIBUTION
Nationwide.
