Sandy, OR  (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said that Eclectic Institute, Inc. has recalled Dietary supplement in bottle labeled in part "Opti Gest 1 A Dietary Supplement.

This is the first public notice of this Class I recall issued by the FDA.
