Air Liquide America Recalls Compressed Oxygen

Houston, TX (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said that Air Liquide America Corp. is recalling Oxygen USP, compressed, sold in high pressure cylinders of size.

This is the first public notice of this Class lI recall issued by the FDA.

RECALL NUMBER, PRODUCT AND CODE:
D-314-1, Oxygen USP, compressed, sold in high pressure cylinders of size
E.

Codes:
297 cylinders were involved in the recall to two consignees.
The lot numbers are:

016ORL1018D
022ORL1018F
357ORL0018C.

REASON:
Misbranded: Cylinders were shipped empty or partially filled.
