Sanger, CA  (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said that Glacier Foods is recalling Healthy Times brand of Cabana Banana baby food (banana puree) in 4 oz. glass jars.

This is the first public notice of this Class lI recall issued by the FDA.
