Pottery Barn Kids Recalls Stinson Bunk Beds

New York, NY (SafetyAlerts) - Pottery Barn Kids is conducting a voluntary recall of their Stinson bunk beds because the side and top rails may break.  Pottery Barn Kids has stated that the bunk beds may not be safe for children to sleep in.

The recalled Stinson bunk beds are item number 3443082 in white and and 3443090 in honey and were manufactured from September 1999 until June of 2000.

These bunk beds were sold exclusively through the Pottery Barn Kids catalog.

Pottery Barn Kids warns consumers to stop using the beds immediately.  The company is offering customers a full refund, including shipping, or they may exchange the recalled bunk bed for another model.  In addition, the company is also offering a $200.00 gift certificate for the return of the recalled bunk beds.

Consumers can call Pottery Barn Kids at 800-671-8312 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST to talk to a customer service representative.
