Mazda North America, Inc.

Models: Mazda MVP Minivans Year: 2000

Number Involved: 12,000

This could result in an opening of the door while driving.

Remedy: Dealers will install parts in the latching assembly that will prevent this problem from occurring. Owner notification began during July 1999. Owners who do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact Mazda at 1-800-222-5500.
