SafetyAlerts Registrant Warning: Phenylpropanolamine

(SafetyAlerts) - SafetyAlerts has received a Safety Warning from one of our registrants who feels we should remind all of our registrants about this issue. The issue is important but all of the reference information included in the registrant's email may not be correct. This drug reference information has been omitted from the registrant's email so that it does not mislead anyone.

Because the issue has been misrepresented by non-official sources for a long period of time, we would like to inform our registrants with a link directly to the FDA. The FDA information page explains the issue as well as the erroneous rumors. In this way we might put an end to some of the false information that surrounds this issue.

"I received the following from a friend... can you check this out? ..."
