Tyson Foods Chicken Nuggets and Breaded Breast Fillets Recalled for Contaminant

HOPE, AR (SafetyAlerts) - Tyson Foods announced it is recalling 126,240 lbs. of it's Chicken Nuggets and Breaded Breast Fillets due to 4 complaints of wire (from wire mesh conveyor belt) in product produced for restaurant chain.

The recalled chicken carries the following production dates and codes:
April 18, 1998 - 1088HPE04(00-23)=nuggets
April 23, 1998 - 1138HPE04(00-23)=nuggets
April 28, 1998 - 1188HPE04(00-23)=nuggets
April 29, 1998 - 1198HPE04(00-23)=breast fillet

The chicken nuggets and breast fillets were distributed to only one restaurant chain in the United States.  Which restaurant chain the product went to was not included in the report.
