Chicago, IL (SafetyAlerts) - Culinary Foods is voluntarily recalling 5.5 ounce, Chicken Burrito, 70/case, that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, the U. S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service announced today.

Code 452886-899 and 2548 on cases, product produced September 11, 1998

How/When Discovered:

A positive result was obtained from a microbiological investigatory sample, collected by an FSIS compliance officer on January 26, 1999, at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport.
