Tombolo Chinese Birthday Bun Recalled

New York, NY (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) today reported that Summit Import Corporation is recalling Chinese Birthday Bun, in 7.4 ounce (210g) plastic bags, because the product contains the unapproved color additive Ponceau 4R.  It also contains the uncertified color Erythrosine(certifiable as FD&C Red No. 3).
