Undeclared Allergens in Banzai Sushi Brand "Giant California Roll Sushi"

SEATTLE, WA (SafetyAlerts) - Entrees, Inc. of Seattle has announced the recall of its seven-ounce packages of "Giant California Roll Sushi".  The product contains undeclared ingredients that can cause life threatening allergic reactions to individuals with food allergies.

The sushi product was sold under the "Banzai Sushi" label  and contains snow crab, egg, wheat starch and pollock, which were not declared on the labels.

The mislabeled product can be identified by the "consume by" dates of Aug. 23 and earlier.  The company representative did not know the exact distribution of the product however indicated the product was distributed through outlets in Western Washington and Portland, Ore.
