distributed.

REASON

The product had been manufactured and
processed without the firm having filed
scheduled process for the product, without a
thermal process (open kettle processing was
used with a hot pack), and in a plant
unregistered with FDA by personnel who had not
attended a Better Process Control School or
its equivalent.
