containers with "USE BY" date of "1 4 BX".

Sandridge Gourmet Salads, Medina, Ohio.

RECALLED BY

Manufacturer, by press release on December 24,
1997, followed by letter. Firm-initiated
recall ongoing.

DISTRIBUTION

Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan,
Ohio, Kentucky, New York, Colorado, Indiana.

QUANTITY

15,614 pounds were distributed.

REASON

The potato salad may be contaminated with
Listeria monocytogenes.
