Ethington Dairy and Arizona Farms Milk Recalled for Contamination

Phoenix, AZ (SafetyAlerts) - Arizona Department of Agriculture officials announced today the recall of potentially contaminated milk processed by Ethington Dairy of Gilbert because the milk may have certain pathogenic organisms capable of causing disease including Aeromonas hydrophila and Klebsiella pneumoniae.

Arizona officials believe that the milk was contaminated either during or after the pasteurization process.

The recall involves any and all milk and milk products sold under the Ethington Dairy and Arizona Farms labels with "sell by" dates of Nov. 29 up to present.

Consumers who have purchased these products should return the milk to the store of purchase.
