RECALLING FIRM/MANUFACTURER
Vintage Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Huntsville, AL, by letter on February 21,
2002. Firm initiated recall is ongoing.
REASON
Tablet mix-up; Q-Bid LA tablet containing the active ingredient guaifenesin
was found in a bottle of Q-Bid DM.
VOLUME OF PRODUCT IN COMMERCE
14,150 bottles of 100 tablets.
DISTRIBUTION
Nationwide.
