Patterson, CA (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said that Patterson Frozen Foods has recalled 3360 bags of frozen ?Best Yet Stir-Fry Vegetables with Noodles?, because the noodles contain undeclared egg. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to eggs run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

The recalled frozen ?Best Yet Stir-Fry Vegetables with Noodles? were distributed in areas of California, Utah, Nevada and Idaho where it is sold in retail stores.

The frozen ?Best Yet Stir-Fry Vegetables with Noodles? are in a multi-color 16 ounce plastic bag. The bag is about 11-1/2? long x 6-1/2? wide. The code P24A2A or P24A2B will be stamped on the back of bag. The ?Best Yet? brand seal is on the front along with a picture.

No illnesses have been reported in connection with this problem.

The label was not flagged as a label requiring a noodle without egg during the screening done prior to the first production run. A review of labels revealed the problem prior to subsequent production runs.
