RECALLING FIRM/MANUFACTURER
Vintage Pharmaceuticals Inc., Charlotte, NC, by letter on February 8, 2000. Firm initiated recall is complete.

REASON
Mispackaging; 2mg. tablets mixed in bottles of 5 mg. tablets bearing 5mg labeling.

VOLUME OF PRODUCT IN COMMERCE
1,457 bottles.
