Respond Industries Has Recalled Antiseptic Sprays

Arvada, CO.  (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said that Respond Industries, Inc. has recalled Respond First Aid Antiseptic Spray and Respond Burn Relief with Aloe Vera Antiseptic / Anesthetic Spray.

a) Respond First Aid Antiseptic Spray, 3 fl. oz, Lidocaine 2.5%, Benzalkonium Chloride 0.14%, Recall # D-060-2;
b) Respond Burn Relief with Aloe Vera Antiseptic / Anesthetic Spray, 3 oz., Benzocaine 5% and Benzalkonium chloride 0.14%, Recall # D-061-2.
