DeConna Ice Cream Recalls Big Daddy Brand Reduced Fat Ice Cream

Orange Lake, FL  (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said that DeConna Ice Cream has recalled DeConna Big Daddy Brand Reduced Fat Ice Cream 12 Ounce cardboard cups, 12 cups to a sleeve.

This is the first public notice of this Class lI recall issued by the FDA.

Strawberry, Recall # F-052-2;

Manufacturer:
Highland Roberts Dairy Norfolk, NE. Firm initiated recall is complete.

REASON
The product label incorrectly stated the serving size as 12 oz. when it actually should have stated 4 oz.

VOLUME OF PRODUCT IN COMMERCE
Approx. 30,000 sleeves, various flavors (12/12 oz. cups per sleeve).
