Alpharma Recalls Bronchial Mist, Epinephrine Inhalation Aerosole

Baltimore, MD  (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said that Alpharma USPD is recalling  Bronchial Mist, Epinephrine Inhalation Aerosole USP,1/2 Fluid ounce (15 mL),5.5 mg/mL Epinephrine, plastic coated glass vials packaged 1 per carton, 24/case. Packaged with actuator.

This is the first public notice of this Class llI recall issued by the FDA.

RECALL NUMBER, PRODUCT AND CODE:
D-022-1, Bronchial Mist, Epinephrine Inhalation Aerosole USP,1/2 Fluid ounce (15 mL),5.5 mg/mL Epinephrine, plastic coated glass vials packaged 1 per carton, 24/case. Packaged with actuator.
