Winston-Salem, NC  (SafetyAlerts) -  Dairy Fresh LLC is recalling one-half gallon packages of Ingles Best Banana Split ice cream. This product may contain almonds.

The ice cream was manufactured at the Dairy Fresh plant in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and may have been distributed in Ingles Markets stores in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia,.

This product comes in two piece, round rectangular half-gallon containers of Ingles Best Banana Split ice cream (UPC86854-00349), which are marked with a code date of 5 13 02, #2 3783.
