Tropical Nut & Fruit Recalls Good Mountain Mix and Hunter Confetti

Columbus, OH (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said that Tropical Nut & Fruit is recalling Good Mountain Mix, packaged in bulk 25 LB cases and Hunter Confetti, packaged in 30 LB cases.
 

This is the first public notice of this Class I recall issued by the FDA.

RECALL NUMBER, PRODUCT AND CODE:
a) F-559-1 I.M. Good Mountain Mix, packaged in bulk 25 LB cases.
b) F-560-1 Hunter Confetti, packaged in 30 LB cases.

Codes:
The cases are uncoded.

REASON:
The products contain undeclared FD&C colors: Yellow #5 Lake, Yellow #6, Yellow #6 Lake, Red #40, Red #40 lake, Ble #1, and Blue #1 Lake.
