Jane's Stromboli Recalls Frozen Broccoli Product

MN.  (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said today that Jane's Stromboli is recalling Jane's Broccoli Stromboli. The product is a broccoli and cheese stromboli, and is sold frozen.

This is the first public notice of this Class I recall issued by the FDA.

RECALL NUMBER, PRODUCT AND CODE:
F-524-1, Jane's Broccoli Stromboli. The product is a broccoli and cheese stromboli, and is sold frozen.

CODE:
No codes are used.

REASON:
The product contained undeclared eggs.

RECALLED BY:
Manufacturer, by press release on 5/2/01.
