Dercher Enterprises Recalls Monsel Solution

Upper Darby, PA.  (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said today that Dercher Enterprises, Inc., is recalling Monsel Solution (Ferric Subsulfate Solution), sold in an 8 ml vial in cases of 12 vials.

This is the first public notice of this Class llI recall issued by the FDA.

RECALL NUMBER, PRODUCT AND CODE:
D-276-1 Monsel Solution (Ferric Subsulfate Solution), sold in an 8 ml vial in cases of 12 vials.

CODE:
Lot #57952 exp. 1/02.

REASON:
Super-Potent for Iron Content.

MANUFACTURER/RECALLING FIRM:
Dercher Enterprises, Inc., Upper Darby, PA.

RECALLED BY:
