Allergy Alert: Price Chopper Recalls Mint Brownies

Watertown, NY (SafetyAlerts) - Price Chopper Supermarkets said today it is recalling Gourmet Mint Chocolate Chip Brownies from its Watertown store because the product contains undeclared whole eggs.

People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to eggs run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.

Product subject to recall were sold at Price Chopper's Watertown store and contain sell-by dates July 1st through July 17th.

No illnesses have been reported to date.

Consumers who have purchased the Gourmet Mint Chocolate Chip Brownies with the sell dates listed above may return the unused product to the Watertown Price Chopper for a full refund. Consumers with questions can contact Price Chopper at 1-800-666-7667, Option #2.
