Cortisporin TC Recalled

Bristol, TN (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said today that King Pharmaceuticals Inc. is recalling certain lot(s) of Cortisporin TC because of subpotency (Colistin Sulfate Ingredient at 9 month stability).

This is the first public notice of this Class II recall issued by FDA.

PRODUCT:
Cortisporin TC, a topical antibiotic/steroid, 10mL, NDC 61570-090-10.

REASON:
subpotency (Colistin Sulfate Ingredient at 9 month stability)

Warner-Lambert Co, Rochester, MI 48407

RECALL BY:
