Drug Administration (FDA) said today that Sara Lee Bakery has recalled certain KFC Little
Bucket Parfait Lemon Cream because the product contains undeclared FD&C Yellow No. 5
This is the first public notice of
this Class II
recall issued by FDA.
KFC Little Bucket Parfait Lemon Cream, SKU 5453; Net Wt. 4.5 oz. (127 g); Sara
Lee Bakery, Chicago, IL 60604 U.S.A. Conn. Lic. 3610 P-546604-007; 48/4.5 oz. cups per
Recall # F-434-1.
All "Use By" dates before April 30, 2002. The "Use By' date appears on the
outer shipping case of 48 cups.
