MN (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) said today that M.A. Gedney Co. has recalled certain Blue Luna
Cafe Nachos 'n' Cheese Dip Combo Snack Trays because the product contained undeclared
FD&C Yellow No. 5.
This is the first public notice of
this Class II
recall issued by FDA.

About 6000 cases (24 packages per case) were distributed.
