brand Barszcz and Kapusniak soups because the recalled product contains undeclared wheat
This is the first public notice of
this Class II
recall issued by FDA.
a) Dudek brand Barszcz (Beet Soup) in 32 fl. oz. (1 QT) glass jars. Recall
b) Dudek brand Kapusniak (Cabbage Soup) in 32 fl.
oz. (1 QT) glass jars. Recall #F-367-1
a) Beet Soup, Lot with expiration date 5 2301.
b) Cabbage Soup, Lot with expiration date 115 01.
Dudek Foods, Inc., Hamtramck, MI.
Manufacturer, by telephone and visit, beginning on March 3, 2001. Firm-initiated recall
Approximately 182 jars of Beet Soup and 210 jars of Cabbage Soup.
