and Drug Administration (FDA) said today that Pfizer Inc. is recalling certain Diflucan
(Fluconazole) injection because of a lack of assurance of sterility.
This is the first public notice of
this Class II
recall issued by FDA.
a) Diflucan (Fluconazole) injection 400 mg NDC 0049-3436-26 (200 mL Saline Bags).
b) Diflucan (Fluconazole) injection 400 mg NDC
0049-3438-26 (200 mL Dextrose Bags). Recall #D-220-1.
