Finast Acne Wash, Acne Treatment Recalled

Des Moines, IA (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said today that Qualis Inc. has recalled certain Finast Acne Wash, Acne Treatment because of a component defect. The stainless steel sping within pump assembly is discoloring.

This is the first public notice of this Class III recall issued by FDA.

Finast Acne Wash, Acne Treatment with Salicylic Acid, containing 23.0% salicylic acid, packaged in 6-fl. Oz.containers, 12 per case, OTC.
