Drug Administration (FDA) has announced that Acme Smoked Fish Corporation is recalling -
or has recalled - its Acme All Natural Hickory Smoked Eastern Nova Salmon Cured with Honey
and Citrus Fruit because the product contains undeclared nitrites at a level that has
not been determined to be safe.
This is the first public notice of
this Class II
recall issued by FDA.

Product is vacuum packed in film bag w/fiberboard support, net wt. 4 oz., 12 - 4 oz.
