Firm Recalls Hormodendrum Cladosporioides Allergenic Extract

Oklahoma City, OK (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced that Allergy Laboratories, Inc., is recalling Lot #202032000 of Hormodendrum Cladosporioides as a result of the product not meeting established product specifications.

Allergy Laboratories, Inc., became aware that the bulk product used in the manufacture of the above mentioned lot of Hormodendrum Cladosporioides failed sterility testing. Allergy Laboratories, Inc., noted that the finished product had passed final sterility testing prior to distribution of the lot. No additional testing was performed on the bulk product.
