Southern Heaven Creamsicle Fudge. The product contained undeclared FD&C Yellow
No. 5 and FD&C Red No. 40.
This is the first public notice of
this Class II
recall issued by FDA.
Southern Heaven Creamsicle Fudge, in 4-ounce plastic tubs.
Not coded. All products on market at time of recall initiation.
Southern Heaven, Depew, New York.
Buffalo Tobacco, Inc., Buffalo, New York, by letter on August 29, 2000. **Completed recall
resulted from sample analysis and follow-up by the New York State Department of
Agriculture and Markets.
**Completed recall: While the FDA has completed
processing of this particular recall, it does not mean this particular product has been
fully accounted for.
Approximately 98 packages.
