Harris Teeter Recalls Chocolate Ice Cream

Inc., said today it is recalling certain lots of its Harris Teeter chocolate ice cream
sold in 1/2 gallon containers because the product may contain undeclared peanuts.
Consumption of peanuts by allergic individuals can cause severe, and sometimes fatal
reactions. Life threatening anaphylactic reaction can occur in sensitive individuals upon
consumption or inhalation of peanut dust.
