'Shaw's Taco Dinner' and 'Shaw's Hard Taco Shells'

Shaw's Supermarkets, Inc. has announced it is voluntarily removing from sale Shaw's Taco
Dinners and Shaw's Hard Taco Shells at all Shaw's and Star Market store locations. The
move was prompted by a public recall by the supplier of the products, Mission Foods.
Mission Foods issued the notice October 14, 2000 because of the
possibility that the products may contain StarLink, a corn not approved for human
Shaw's is advising consumers who purchased the Taco Dinner and/or Hard Taco Shells may
bring the product back to the store for a full refund. Customers who have questions or
