Kroger, Best Choice, Safeway and Fry's Brand Instant Pistachio Pudding Mixes Recalled

Murray, KY (SafetyAlerts) - Kenlake Foods has issued a nationwide recall of Kroger, Best Choice, Safeway and Fry's brand "Instant Pistachio Pudding" and "No Sugar Added Instant Pistachio Pudding" mixes, according to a press release issued by Kroger via PRNewswire.

The recalled products contain peanuts that are not listed on the ingredient label.  Peanuts may cause a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction in some people.

According to one Kroger store manager, this recall affects all sizes of the instant pistachio pudding that have a date code between DEC 02 00 and APR 21 01.

Anyone  with a sensitivity or allergy to peanuts who purchased the recalled products may return them for a full refund.
