Ahi Tuna Loins Recalled

San Jose, CA (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said today that Race Street Foods Inc. is recalling certain Ahi Tuna Loins because the product contained elevated levels of histamine and was associated with histamine poisoning.

This is the first public notice of this Class II recall issued by FDA.

Ahi Tuna Loins, grade 2, chilled in styro cartons.
